Abstract: This Research Has Addressed The Relationship Between The Basic Schools Of (Madera In Kenya) As A Sample, With The Families Of The Students, And Their Impact On Academic Achievement.&#xD;
The Main Object Of This Study Is To Identify The Relationship Between Parents And Basic Schools To Raise The Level Of Students' Learning.&#xD;
Also The Study Aiming To Identify The Relationship Between Parents With Teachers To Raise The Level Of Parent’s Capacity, And To Identify About The Roles Of Parents In Learning Process And School Activities To Get Solutions For All Problems That Facing Madera Basic Schools .&#xD;
The Researcher Has Used The Descriptive Method; Also He Used Questionnaires To Gather Information.&#xD;
The Study Selected To Study Mandera Community And The Basic Schools In The City Which Is 59 Schools,&#xD;
The Researcher Selected As A Sample Of 40 Teachers,( 30) Principals, And(30) Parents.&#xD;
The Results Were Analyzed By Using (SPSS, Program,)&#xD;
For The Purpose Of Analyzing, The Responses Of The Study Sample 'Where Used The Arithmetic Mean, And The Exponential Ratios, The Standard Deviation.&#xD;
The Study Reached The Following Results:&#xD;
1. The School Administration Cooperates With Parents In School Activities&#xD;
2. The Parents Always Participate Any Decision Making.&#xD;
3. Parents Provide And Cooperate With School The Necessary Resources In The Educational Process&#xD;

4. The Teacher Develops His Teaching Talents And Their Different Abilities&#xD;
5. The Teacher Is Always Keen To Develop Himself And Their Professionals&#xD;
Through The Results, The Study Presented A Set Of Recommendations: As Follow&#xD;
1. Teachers Should Be Subject To Training Courses&#xD;
2. Develop Teacher Development And Development Programs&#xD;
3. Benefiting From The Previous Knowledge That Students Possess By Providing New Knowledge And Linking It To Previous Knowledge, Which Activates The Knowledge That The Student Possesses.&#xD;
4. Respect For The Leadership Abilities Of The Teachers By Measuring Them In The Classroom, Which Is A Vital Practical For Enrichment In Learning Process</summary>

Abstract: The research deals with the problems of management of integrated schools in the primary level in Kenya, the reasons and solutions for the academic year 2016\2017.&#xD;
The research aimed at identifying the problems of managing the integrated schools at the basic stage in the South C Area of Nairobi, Kenya, identifying the reasons and suggesting solutions.&#xD;
The researcher used the descriptive approach to analyze and evaluate the problems of managing integrated schools at the primary level in South C, Nairobi, Kenya. The questionnaire and the interview were used as a tool for collecting data,The research community included all the directors of the integrated schools in the South C Area of Nairobi and their deputies for the academic year 2017, consisting of twelve directors, and twelve deputies.&#xD;
The research reached the following results:&#xD;
The manager has the skill of human relations&#xD;
Modern means of teaching Islamic materials are available&#xD;
Design of school buildings is for study purposes.&#xD;
And through the findings of the research presented, a set of recommendations were established, most important of which are as follows:&#xD;
Nessecity of coordination between different integrated schools&#xD;
Create a special department that supervises the integrated schools.</summary>

Abstract: This research entitled:&#xD;
The effectiveness of the educational supervision in improving educational process in the secondary level in Nairobi&#xD;
(Private secondary schools in south c)&#xD;
The research aimed to know the following:&#xD;
1- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving the performance of private secondary schools` teachers in south c&#xD;
2- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving the&#xD;
Learning of the private secondary schools` students in south c&#xD;
3- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving and developing the curriculum of the private secondary schools in south c&#xD;
4- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving the environment of the private secondary schools in south c&#xD;
To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method.&#xD;
The data device was the questionnaire which included (36) phrases assigned to (4) axes.&#xD;
The research reached the following result:&#xD;
1- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving teachers performance.&#xD;
2- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving students learning.&#xD;

3- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving and developing the curriculum.&#xD;
4- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving the school environment.&#xD;
From these results the researcher recommended for the supervisors the following:&#xD;
1- To care for new teachers and prepare them for their work.&#xD;
2- To organize training courses for teachers for professional development.&#xD;
3- To debate with the teachers about the school curriculum in order to improve it.</summary>

Abstract: This research is entitled: Human relations in the school administration in the schools of integration in Kenya, the reality and the hope. The research aims at revealing the human relations in the school administration in the schools of integration in Kenya, the reality and the hope, especially the Rabbani School. To attain these objectives in scientific method, due to its suitability the researcher pursued descriptive methodology in her research. The researcher chose the questionnaire and the interview as a tool for collecting information, processed the data using the )SPSS( program, and then analyzed the respondents' answers in the light of the research questions, and the researcher reached a number of results, including that the principal takes care of the teachers and guide them, and treat them fairly and equitably, The principal considers individual differences in dealing with teachers, The principal raises students' morale and respects their wishes, The principal sends letters and reports to the parents to inform them of the progress of their children in the scientific and educational aspects, and encourages communication between teachers and parents.&#xD;
In the light of the results, the researcher recommended that the relationship between the students themselves be emphasized, the need of the principal to involve the parents at the teacher’s committee meetings, the contribution of the parents in some activities of the school, training the secondary school teachers on the art of dealing with teachers, all parents should follow the performance of their children by attending regular meetings with school principals, faculty heads and teachers.</summary>
