Abstract: The research about the federal rule and its impact on development, as &#xD;
It is considered one of the systems of government in the modern nation-state where it is an effective administrative and political performance to achieve development in urban and rural communities. Financial resources, lack of rationalization of spending, deficits and deficiencies in the collection of resources. This research derives its practical importance in the framework of finding ways to manage development under federal rule, then preserving available resources and directing public spending at the level of development projects with the aim of improving the standard of living. This research aims at several objectives, the most important of which is to identify the reasons that led to the failure of federal governance in Achieving development in the locality of Lagawa, analyzing the resources of the federal government in the locality of Lagawa, as well as finding solutions to development problems in the locality of Lagawa. The researcher used the historical and descriptive method with the case study.&#xD;
The research reached several results, the most important of which is that many of the financial burdens that the center transferred to the states and localities were not accompanied by sufficient financial resources or reasonable central funding, which exhausted the state and local budgets and led to the trade-off between spending on institutions or providing services, as well as expanding the development of federal government It created constitutional and legislative functions, which greatly affected the fulfillment of obligations towards development services and diminished the principle of directing available resources for development.&#xD;
Among the results of the research, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations, the most important of which is working on a clear legal separation of duties and rights between state authorities and federal and local authorities, and the need to review the local federal government law in light of developments during the glorious December revolution, with the participation of all administrative specialists, academics, ministers, heads of councils, political parties and community organizations The various civil organizations in order to establish a system of governance law agreed upon by all the aforementioned activities, with guidance from evaluation conferences of no less than ten years, and then subject to measurement and evaluation.</description>

And has it introduce services with high quality .and  to what extend that fanacial management  commited to provide  the  funding  possibilities To develop the company.  The study aim to identify the efficiency of the fanacial management to magnify the owners wealth then to set hyposises helping in solving the problem &#xD;
The he researcher adopted descerptive analytical appoarche .the study concluded some important findings ،there is signafcantstaticatistical  function relationship between the fanacial management and magnifying  owners wealth  and efficacy of the firm and to develop e it in the light  of existence of the computers.</description>

Abstract: This study aims to identify the effect of organizational behavior on improving performance.  The problem of this study is reviewing performance of some companies that are not up to the required level, so the reason for this decline is that the organizational behavior of these companies follow is not being managed in a good manner, and this is shown by learning the content of some previous studies which related to the topic.&#xD;
	Hypotheses of this study are based on the fact that there is a relationship between administrative leadership and improving performance, a link between human relations and improving performance, a relationship between creating an appropriate work environment and improving performance, this study followed historical, descriptive, and analytical method, in addition to the case study.&#xD;
	The most importance of this study is follow: The study focused on enabling the principle of teamwork among employees, also company's attempt to motivate the innovators in their field of work, and is also interested in developing the capabilities of workers in order to contribute in promotion of performance; company also seeks to determine the employee’s orientation.&#xD;
	The most important recommendations of this study are as follows: The Company must establish the principle of fairness among employees to achieve job satisfaction, must to ensure that employees are motivated.</description>

Abstract: This study examined the role of strategic planning in raising performance efficiency. Because strategic planning is considered a necessity and not a luxury, as it leads to efficiency in performance, and this is what all international companies that use strategic planning unanimously agree on by applying to the Export Development Bank.&#xD;
The problem of the study focuses on the extent to which strategic planning can be applied and practiced in the export banking services sector, and its impact on developing and improving this vital and important sector of the Sudanese economy.&#xD;
The study aimed to identify some concepts related to the process of strategic planning, such as vision, mission, strategic goals, strategic analysis, etc. As well as identifying the most important justifications and requirements for applying and implementing the strategic planning process, as well as identifying the criteria and indicators used to measure the efficiency of institutional performance according to the requirements of the established strategic goals.&#xD;
The researcher followed the historical approach, the descriptive analytical approach, and the case study approach to test the validity of the research hypotheses, including that the application of strategic planning in a proper way leads to raising the efficiency of performance, and that there is a direct relationship between strategic planning and raising the efficiency of performance in the bank and banks operating in the framework of exports, and the development bank adopts Exports to effective strategic plans that led to the development of the bank and the improvement of the quality of its banking services.&#xD;
The researcher reached a set of results, including: The clarity of the concept of strategic planning among managers and workers. The use of an effective control system for the planning process helped to implement it as required.  &#xD;
The researcher reached a set of recommendations, including: the necessity of adopting strategic planning that is used to develop its available resources because that leads to increased awareness of the concept of the strategy and how to implement it, the need to pay attention to material incentives because of its impact in raising the efficiency of performance of workers.</description>
