Abstract: Research Title: The Foundations of Philosophies and theories of Information Science&#xD;
in the Light of the Holy Quran&#xD;
Name of student: Fatima Abdullah Al Zain Al Fadl&#xD;
Degree: PhD in Information and Library Science,&#xD;
This research aims to find out the origins of the philosophies and theories of&#xD;
information science on the light of the Holy Qur'an. The research used the deductive,&#xD;
historical, descriptive and info-graphic approaches. It relied for information on the&#xD;
sources of Islamic legislation, the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah, renowned&#xD;
books, encyclopedias, interpretation books, periodicals, university dissertations, etc.,&#xD;
and sources of secondary information such as books and others. The research lead to&#xD;
several results, the most important of them are: The verses in the Holy Qur’an indicate&#xD;
whether statement, a hint, and an implication, scientific facts about which information&#xD;
science revolve. .It stressed that information science and some of its branches were&#xD;
contained in the Qur'an 14 centuries ago in a concise manner, such as documentation&#xD;
science, blogging, Arabic writing, data transmission and communication, knowledge&#xD;
management and sources, information retrieval systems, information sources and&#xD;
classification. The research recommends a number of recommendations, the most&#xD;
important of which is the preparation of a plan for a text book in which the idea is&#xD;
explained by examples in the field of information science according to the Holy Quran.&#xD;
Any curriculum of information science should be accompanied with a brief about the&#xD;
Muslim scholars who contributed to the development of the early stages of information&#xD;
science.</description>

Abstract: This study aims at identifying the behavioral problems and their relationship with the methods of socialization among secondary schools students in Jabratul-Sheikh Locality, North Kordofan State. The researcher follows the correlational descriptive method. The sample of the study consists of 90 students, 39 males and 51 females. They have been selected by simple random way. Tools of the study are represented in (Scale of the Behavioral Problems andSchool Dropout “Truancy”) prepared and adapted by the researcher and Scale of socialization, also adapted by the researcher. Collected data have been analyzed via the Statistical Packagesof Social Sciences (SPSS) through using the following statisticalprocessing include T-test mono sample, Pearson Coefficient, Mann Whitney Test for two independent samples, (Kruskal Wallis) Test to identify differences in (gender) variable. The researcher concludes to the following results: The behavioral problems among secondary school students in Jabratul-Sheikh Locality, North Kordofan State are very low; there is a direct coefficient correlationbetween the behavioral problems in all dimensions. There are no differences in some behavioral problemsamong the study sample due to gender variable.There are no differences in behavioral problems amongteenagers in secondary stage in Jabratul-Sheikh Locality, North Kordofan State due to class level variable. Thereare no differences in behavioral problems among the study sample due to family income level variable. There are no differences in behavioral problems among the study sample due toparents’ social status variable. Finally, the researcher suggests some recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of releasing religious and family psychological counseling programmes to resolve behavioralproblems that closely related to socialization, and as well the researcher ends up with a suggestions for further study on psychological health and it relationship with psychological stabilization among adolescent students in North Kordofan State.</description>

Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of a mentoring program to acquire verbal and non verbal communication skills for mothers of autistic children in Sudan Autism Organization. And to find out the differences in the variable age – work for mothers children with autism. The quasi-experimental study methodology is one group design.&#xD;
The study scale is a measure of estimating communication skills and training program. The sample consisted of (39) m random method .To treat the statistical packages, theresearcher used the statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS) test;(T) testfor (onesample, tow linked samples and tow unequal samples). And (Kay's) test. After processing   the data the researcher researched the following results: The general characteristic of mother autistic children was high after the application of the indicative program in favor of telemetry, and there are no differences in communication skills and social interaction in the telemetry and work variable of the mother. Finally, the researcher developed recommendations and proposals for future studies, including preparing guidance programs by the children with autism spectrum disorder in the field of communication skills, making periodic meetings for mothers and benefiting from the scientifically in addition to designing a local program in verbal communication skills that takes in to nature of Sudanese society.</description>

Abstract: This research aimed at identifying symptoms of anxiety, depression, and aggressive behaviour among children with separated parents in Khartoum locality. The researcher used descriptive analytical method, and a sample of (n=130) children were selected through simple random sampling. The following tools were used: anxiety symptoms scale (Athir Adai &amp; Heyder Lazim, 2016), the Birleson derpression sefl-rating scale (DSRS), and aggressive behavior scale (Majidah Elshahri &amp; Nouf Elshureim, 2010). The data were analyzed by the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) using the following statistical tests: one sample t-test, independent samples t-test, pearsons' correlation coefficient, and cronbachs' alpha. The research revealed the following results: Primary school separate parents students at Khartoum locality were characterized as having moderate levels of anxiety and depression symptoms, and low level of aggressive behavior. There were a correlation between anxiety and depression symptoms among primary school separate parents students at Khartoum locality. There were no statistically significant differences in anxiety and depression symptoms among the students according to the variables of gender, mothers' level of education, and child subsistence. The researcher concluded with a number of recommendations including that parents who are absent from their families for long periods should take advantage from the Sudanese society characteristic of the extended family (grandfather and uncles) in the supervision of their children during their absence, and especially immigrants outside the country. The researcher proposed some suggestions for future research including studying the effects of fathers absence on children aggressive behaviour.</description>
