Abstract: International University of Africa - Deanship of Graduate Studies - College of Arts - Department of Mass Communication - Radio and Television major. A research entitled: (The Effectiveness of Animation in Enhancing the Child’s Linguistic Culture by Application on the MBC3 Channel in the Period 2012-2013AD). - This study aims to define the effectiveness of animation in promoting the child's linguistic culture in application on the mbc3 channel, and to reach results that help researchers and the community to ways to support and enhance the child's linguistic culture to develop his abilities in dealing with the requirements of social life. The problem of the research was how to deal with the intellectual methods affecting the minds of children through animation, and here lies its danger, as it sometimes works to transfer the child to an environment other than his environment, which may create in the child incompatibility with the life around him because it contradicts his convictions. - Most of the previous studies have concluded that most of these fees are imported from non-Arab countries, as they carry values that do not match the values of Arab and Islamic countries, and that their impact on children is great and very dangerous, with its pros and cons. - Here, the role of the family and the school emerges in avoiding these negatives and reducing their danger. - Therefore, this study came as an application on the mbc3 channel The method used in this research is the descriptive method and the analytical method. - The research contains four chapters according to the nature of the subject. The research included (4) chapters, representing the first chapter in the methodological framework and the second chapter on the impactful construction of animation, and the third chapter on socialization and building the absorptive capacities of children through watching, and the applied study came in the fourth chapter . Among the most important search results:- 1- Animation is beneficial in many aspects, as it introduces the child to innovative ways of thinking and behavior, provides the child with cultural information, nurtures his abilities, and satisfies him with many instincts such as curiosity, competition and competition. 2- The child is presented with a standard Arabic language that he does not find in his family environment. 3- You put the child in the role of the recipient only, because he deals with everything that is presented to him, and is not a participant. 4- It reduces the degree of interaction between family members. The most important recommendations of the research were: 1- Paying attention to all the programs offered to the child, and focusing on good language (Classical). 2- Imported animation should be subject to research and study. 3- Since animation is an attractive means for the child, he must work on using it in programs that benefit the child scientifically, culturally and religiously. 4- The necessity of training the specialized technical competencies of Arab painters, artists and directors, so that they can produce Arabic drawings suitable for Arab and Muslim children and compatible with their culture.
