Abstract: The research dealt with the topic of human resources management and its impact on performance efficiency. The research problem was to know the impact of human resources management on the efficiency of banks ’performance, development and achievement of their objectives. The aim of the research is to know the development and functions of human resources management, and to know its policies and procedures for the purpose of efficient performance. The researcher used the historical method, the descriptive analytical method, and the case study to test several hypotheses, the most important of which are: There is a relationship between human resources management and bank performance. Training is an important element in the performance of banks. The use of administrative control leads to reducing errors, motivation leads to encouraging workers to achieve better performance. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: That human resources are the most important departments that achieve the goals of the institution and its development through setting policies and procedures, training is an important element in the performance of banks, adequate training for workers is a reason for their promotion, the use of administrative control leads to reducing errors as the administrative control reduces the debts bad, motivation leads to raising Performance level. The research was presented with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are; The need for human resources management to practice its activities that lead to the development of the bank’s business, the need to evaluate performance to measure the ability of the bank’s employees, the need for continued training to keep pace with technology changes, the need to monitor performance to detect deviations, correct them and prevent their occurrence in the future, the need to motivate workers and increase their desire to belong to the bank, The need to create an atmosphere of good competition between workers.
