Abstract: This research aims to measure the effectiveness of public relations in spreading the culture of social insurance in Sudan, an applied case study:National Social Insurance Fund 2019-2020 the problem of the researcher to diagnose and emphasize that Face the public relations Department in the National social Insurance Fund, when they try to inobstacles that face Media and Relations Department in the National Social Insurance Fund when they try to spread their message and evaluating the means of Media that suit the targeted population throughincreasing the role of activating public relations in the(NSIF) The researcher used the descriptive approach for its nature that necessitates data collection and running statistical analysis to get to the desired conclusions together with the comparative analytic approach in order to compare the medians of the aspects of public relations effectiveness in spreading the culture social insurance in Sudan. The researcheruntilzed the primary data from references, books, Jornals theses. The mian results achieved are: The spreading the culture of social insurance is responsibility of three stodohlodersnamelggovernment employers and the (NSIF) there should be intensive and continuous spreading culture of social insurance should be through press media in whichwould by it by information andand data related to benefits brooision in (NSIF) and its eligihility conditions.be followed for getting the benefit there should be an element and has important role in achieving this effectiveness thissupposed to beacadre who working in development of public relation ot (NSIF). This. They must be very knowledge eableof Nationl social insurance act and regulations which issued by Fund orders to be able transfer – this knowledge to public in simple and easy ways.
