Abstract: The study aimed to employ the concepts of enterprise resource management planning in developing administrative work procedures at the International University of Africa. The research problem was that the common administrative systems depend on the implementation of works (Functional Domain) based on business functions, which leads to each department operating on an island isolated from the others. This research is concerned with developing and computerizing work procedures (vacations) by applying the ERP model to managing resources. Humanities, colleges and other departments in the university as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning function of linking functional departments with each other. The researcher relied on the applied scientific analytical approach, and a main hypothesis was formulated for the study, namely: the development and computerization of work procedures (vacations) by applying the ERP model to human resources management and other colleges and departments at the International University of Africa to achieve the complementarity of other systems and procedures and ensure the linking of functional departments with each other . The research reached several results, including: The current work procedures in the human resources department have been studied in relation to vacations, the model of work procedures regarding vacations has been improved, work procedures for leaves have been built and linked with other systems, procedures in human resources management for leave are done electronically. The researcher made a number of recommendations, most notably: Work to improve, develop and computerize all procedures in human resources management without focusing on vacations only. The proposed electronic system must be linked to all other systems in the university, developing the electronic system to help in making all administrative decisions.
