Abstract: This research was entitled "The traces of scholars on Ibn Al-Jawzi in the hadiths that he ruled to be placed as in the book of Tanzeehu Sharia by Ibn Arraaq in the chapter of food.’’ In his research, the researcher focused on collecting traces of scholars on Ibn Al-Jawzi in the hadiths that he ruled to be placed and studying them. He traced and extrapolated the hadiths and narrators in place of the traces of scholars on Ibn Al-Jawzi, analyzing the words of the scholars in their tracks on him in the hadiths in question and comparing the words of scholars to the accuracy in ruling of the narrators and then ruling the specific conversations of the study to what suits it. This study collected these traces and studied them using comparative analytical extrapolation study. This research came in four chapters: The researcher in the first chapter addressed the research's overview. In the second chapter, the researcher tackled the definition of the subject and what it relates to. The third chapter is about definition of Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi, his book of Al- Maudhuaat, As-Suyuthwy and his two books of Al- Laali Al-Masnua Fil Hadithil Maudhua and Al-Nukatul Badee’at and Ibn Arraaq and his book of Tanzeehu Sharia Anil Akhbaar Al-Maudhua. In chapter four, the researcher examined the traces of scholars on Ibn Al-Jawzi in the hadiths that he ruled to be place.
