The study showed that the refugees in the camps suffer from a poor health condition due to the limited health services provided by the Refugee Commission and civil society organizations, as well as that there is an increase in the number of refugees in the locality that affected the health services in the region, and the study also found that the health services in the locality are insufficient for the host community and basic health infrastructure services do not conform to standards. The study strongly recommends that the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) review health care in the camps inside Sudan, taking into account the fragile health situation inside the Jabal Awliya camps, and the need to integrate political and humanitarian efforts in cooperation with the international community to find appropriate radical solutions to the refugee problems in neighbouring countries to limit the flow of refugees to Sudan and the provision of the necessary funding by international and regional organizations to help Sudan face the challenges posed by asylum, which are represented in services.|
