|Abstract:||Researchername: MohammedAlmobarkAlbadriAbd_Alnoor This study addressed the effectiveness of public relations in the development of electronic performance in the government institutions in Sudan in general and the Federal Tax Office in particular in order to know the role that public relations can play, and the study aimed to know the role played by the Department of Public Relations to develop electronic performance in the Federal Tax Office and to know the extent to which technology helps in the contribution of public relations in the development of public relations through its activities and to identify the problems and obstacles facing the work of public relations institutions and the importance of research in the fact that it raises aspects Positive for the use of modern technology in institutions and the effectiveness of public relations in the development of electronic performance in government institutions, especially with the technological development of means of communication and information and the impact of these technological means on electronic performance compared to traditional performance. Where the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and tools to collect information such as observation, interview and questionnaire, in addition to sources and references related to the subject of research and addressed the problem of research electronic means and the effects of multiple in the basic pillars of public relations, which contributed to the nature of the trend to use these technological means to develop electronic performance in institutions and strengthen the relationship of the institution with the public dealing with it, especially in light of the advantages provided by these technological means such as easy access to the service and its speed in addition to the lack of cost and saving time and effort and confining the research community to employees and employees in diwan Federal taxes and the selection of a sample of his intentions from the research community where the questionnaire included three axes and two open questions and the research included four chapters and a group of detectives, the first chapter talked about the systematic framework, the second chapter on public relations and the third chapter on modern technology and its role in the development of the performance of institutions and the fourth chapter of the field study, and came out research with a number of results and recommendations and the most important results the study proved that electronic service has an active role in the development of the performance of employees in institutions because technology plays a vital role in different institutions For its contribution to achieving outstanding performance also confirmed that the Public Relations Department of the Federal Tax Office played a role in the development of performance but to a medium degree the study showed that the age group of (51 years and older) is the largest and is based on the activity of the institution as the most experienced group and a degree of maturity and intellectual awareness by age and experience besides retaining the younger and those who have a lot of intellectual awareness to enhance the work of the institution based on cumulative experience. One of the most important recommendations is the need to make the most of all modern technological means in the promotion and implementation of public relations programs, also the need for the public relations department to develop plans and adopt activities and programs on scientific bases in order to serve the objectives of the institution and take into account the interests of the public and the real stakeholders of the activity of the institution and the need to cooperate with researchers and give them real and complete information about the reality of institutions, considering that scientific research helps to solve problems and develop alternatives in a scientific way to help the institution in making its right decision.|
