Abstract: The aim of the research is to know the role of administrative leadership in developing the work environment, the research problem was represented in the fact that the development of the work environment in some banks at the present time has become below the required level due to the ineffectiveness of the administrative leadership. This was evident through the research findings of some previous related studies. and The research hypotheses are based on: There is a positive statistically significant correlation between the participatory leader and the development of the work environment, there is also a positive statistically significant correlation between the development leader and the development of the work environment, Also,there is a positive statistically significant correlation between the integrated leader and the development of the work environment. The research followed the historical and the descriptive analytical methods. The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: The bank’s management is keen to discuss the problems collectively. The bank also seeks the participation of workers in setting plans and achieving goals. The bank’s management also encourages creative and innovative initiatives. The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Ensuring that the bank’s management is keen to discuss problems collectively as well as supporting the participation of the bank’s employees in setting plans and achieving goals, as well as ensuring the development and development of leadership capable of creating responsiveness among workers to bring about development and change.
