Abstract: The research introduce the strategic planning and its role in improving competition the problem of the research is how the strategic plan effects in improving the ability of the competition ? the object of the research to introduce the role of strategic planning in improving the ability of competition and the study of the object aims and strategic planning make the role clear and making the vision and strategic message for the organization in improving competition the research made and test many hypotheses the most important is there is statistical relation ship between the strategic planning and improving ability in competition there is statistical relationship between making strategic vision for the organization also there is statistical relationship between the organizational message and the ability competition the research used the descriptive method and historical methodology and the manner study the research found out many results the most important there is relationship between the message of the university and implementing the ability of competition there is relation between the strategic vision and implementing competition ability the research introduced many recommdations the most important the university administration most make strategic plan and implement the social responsibility and make strategic plan debarment.
