Abstract: The research dealt with the topic of human relations and their role in improvement of the performance of employees. It aimed to highlight the impact of human relations in the promotion of performance of Zain Telecom in Sudan. The research followed the descriptive, analytical and historical approach. It reached a number of results including: strengthening human relations as the management of Zain Telecom Company is interested in it, which led to provide of a good work environment. There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of human relations in the company and the performance of employees in achieving their loyalty. The research presented set of recommendations including: The Company’s management should expand the field of building human relations between workers; the company’s management should provide good communication facilities and update information of Staff as well as keep them informed of everything new in the field of communication.
