Abstract: The study aims to study the impact of monetary and financial policies and exchange rate policy on the labor market, as well as to identify the reality of the labor market in Sudan and the problems it suffers and the prospects for its development, The impact of monetary and financial policies and exchange rate policy on the labor market and their contribution to addressing and reducing unemployment levels in the Sudanese economy Work directly, as well as an inverse relationship between the exchange rate policy applied during the study period and unemployment rates, and the most important results of the study financial policies through taxes negatively affect the labor market and do not directly affect government spending on the labor market, and Monetary policies do not directly affect the labor market through the money supply, as well as the existence of an inverse relationship between the applied exchange rate policy and unemployment rates during the study period, and the most important recommendations were to follow austerity financial policies that work on Reducing taxes especially on sectors and companies, to accommodate a large number of labor, and using monetary policies that stabilize exchange rates that lead to stabilizing inflation rates and then addressing the problem of unemployment, as well as following economic policies that increase GDP Overall, which leads to a decrease in unemployment rates, as well as the adoption of appropriate fiscal and monetary policies that achieve a balance between reducing unemployment rates and the emergence of inflation.
