|Abstract:||The aim of the research is to identify the impact of strategic planning on balanced performance. The research problem was that the balanced performance in some organizations does not reach the required level, which requires a strategic planning process to achieve balanced performance. The research tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the strategic vision and balanced performance, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the strategic mission and balanced performance, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the strategic objectives and balanced performance, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the strategic plan and balanced performance. The research followed the historical method, the descriptive analytical method, and the case study method. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The International University of Africa has a clear vision that enables it to achieve its goals, and it is measurable, which leads to the efficiency of educational outputs. The University has a message that distinguishes it from other universities, which helped it achieve a competitive advantage. The University is keen to fulfill its obligations towards society by providing targeted services. The research concluded with several recommendations, including: emphasizing the need to develop a clear and measurable vision for the International University of Africa so that it can achieve its goals, the need for the university to pay attention to its mission that distinguishes it from other universities, which helps it achieve a competitive advantage, emphasizing the need for the university to continue to fulfill its obligations towards Society by providing purposeful services, benefiting from the experiences and expertise of successful organizations in the field of strategic planning to ensure the achievement of balanced performance.|
