Abstract: This research is entitled: Arabic language syllabus for the first grade of secondary school, (an evaluation study) from the teachers' point of view - The Republic of Guinea (the city of Conakry as case study) This study aims at the following: To identify the extent to which general and specific goals are achieved, and to know the possibility of achieving the goals through the Arabic language syllabus for the first grade of secondary school and to identify the degree of relevance of the syllabus content to the students' mental development level and to identify the methods of teaching the syllabus and the means used to achieve the goals as well as to identify the evaluation methods used in evaluating the Arabic language and their impact on achieving goals The study population consisted of Arabic language teachers for the first grade of secondary in French Arab schools in the Republic of Guinea, numbering (345) male and female teachers and the researcher chose the study sample randomly to represent a true representation and there were (87) male and female teachers, which is 25% of the original study population. In questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The important results are; Arabic language syllabus achieves its general and private objectives to an appropriate degree. The objectives can be achieved through the syllabus in this class. The contents of the Arabic language syllabus suits the students mental development. The methods and means used in teaching the syllabus are appropriate from the teachers' point of view. The evaluation methods used are appropriate and effective in evaluating students' performance. The researcher recommends; Using modern means in teaching of Arabic language and Islamic education course in French Arab schools because it helps in achieving the goals. and that the contents should be derived from the educational and cultural environments and also to diversify teaching methods to suit the nature of the content of the Arabic language syllabus in French Arab schools at this stage.
