Abstract: This research aims to identify the administrative performance and technical performance of Al-Asas school principals in East Nile locality, Peace Unit, in addition to identifying the problems facing school principals' performance in East Nile Peace Unit. The researcher followed the descriptive approach as a research method and used the questionnaire as a tool for the community that consisted of 378 teachers. In Alasas schools in East Nile locality, Peace Unit, 15% of them were randomly selected, and the number of 58 teachers reached. The researcher has reached a number of results, including: the transfer of teachers during the school year, there is also a shortage of teachers in the East Nile locality, the Peace Unit, and job dissatisfaction in return for the exerted effort, and there is a weakness in coordination between schools and the education office, and there is also a decline in academic achievement, and lack of Developing a plan for the monthly exams throughout the year, and the presence of overcrowding within the classes. The researcher also recommends the following: involving school principals in planning the academic year, selecting school principals with experience and competence as much as possible, and also recommending the participation of school principals in setting goals to be achieved, and setting monthly plans for exams throughout the year.
