Abstract: Through this study, the researcher tried to shed light on the problems facing educational supervisors, as the study dealt with educational supervision in the secondary stage, problems and proposals for solutions. Methodology – The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher through the field study submitted the questionnaire to the research sample, which consists of ( 35 ) supervisors from the total number of educational supervisors in the local region of Umbada, who were(86), in addition to (4) educational experts in the local area, interviews were conducted with them, and then he by analyzing the data using the appropriate statistical treatments to verify the research hypotheses. And he reached for the next:  There is a role for educational supervision in upgrading and developing teachers' performance at the secondary level.  The educational supervisor is concerned with the problems of teachers and in solving them, they have good human relations with them.  There is no way of transporting the educational supervisor whenever he needs it.  Weak qualification amony some teachers.  Weak salaries of the educational supervisors.  There is a need to increase the salaries of the educational supervisors.  There is no response to requests from the educational supervisor from the official for training the teachers.  Weak desire of some teachers in the teaching profession.  There is a need to establish training courses for teachers.  There is a need to set up continuous training courses for the educational supervisors.  Encouraging the teachers for the teaching profession by increasing their salaries.  Increasing the number of educational supervisors. Hence Recommended:  The necessity of providing transportation means for the educational supervisor whenever he needs it.  The salaries of the educational supervisors must be increased to achieve job satisfaction.  Establishing continuous training courses, for the educational supervisors.  The requests of the educational supervisor should be responded to through the officials to hold training courses for teachers for the purpose of rehabilitation and development to keep pace with the progress that is taking place in all fields, especially in the education sector.  Establishment of an auditorium with the latest educational tools and methods within the bureaus of the localities education for teachers training.
