Abstract: The research dealt with human resources management and its impact on the application of total quality, and was represented the research problem in the following key question is what is the role of human resources management in the application the overall importance of research is that it fills a scientific gap and serves as a reference to Larsen also opens up prospects for new studies, the main objective is to know the effect human resources management on the application of total quality. The research opportunities were that there is a significant relationship between choice good efficiency and the application of total quality, there is a statistically significant relationship between correlation incentives to production and the application of total quality, there is a significant relationship between evidence honey and the application of the total quality. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a strong relationship between the success of the application of the atmosphere comprehensiveness and the role played by human resource management, and that all theories of total quality management emphasize that human resource is the mainstay and pillar upon which quality and the entrance to success their application, that human resource management is one of the most important requirements of the application of total quality, and is the absence its role is one of obstacles to its application. The research recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is on human resource management the need to adopt a concept total quality an integrated and publicized management approach for all employees, abandoning management methods traditional management in order to reach continuous improvement in all activities of the company, a necessity the interest of the human resources department in spreading the concept of total quality among the employees.
