Abstract: Abstract The study dealt with the role of intellectual capital in competitive advantage by applying to MTN case study. The problem of the research is that most organizations are afraid to attract high caliber and train staff in order to avoid expenses without considering the return on investing these competencies. The importance of research to draw the attention of leaders and workers in organizations that intellectual capital is of great importance in creating value for the organization, improve its creativity and improve its reputation, and attract customers, and many studies have shown that raising productivity comes from the use of knowledge, and that intellectual capital is the main driver to achieve Competitive Advantage: The research aims to identify the intellectual capital and its effect on achieving the competitive advantage of the business companies. To clarify the relationship and impact between the intellectual capital represented by its components (human, structural, customer) and the competitive advantage, and to identify the correlative relationships between the variables Drash. altaraf on the level of availability of intellectual capital requirements of Anizmat.altaraf on the level of importance of intellectual capital and competitive advantage the company has studied. The research hypotheses are the main hypothesis: There is a statistically significant relationship between the availability of intellectual capital requirements and the achievement of the competitive advantage of the organizations. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach with the case study to know the role of intellectual capital in its various dimensions in achieving competitive advantage.The methodologies used is the descriptive analytical with case study. The researcher reached several results, of them are: There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of human capital and the achievement of competitive advantage There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of client capital and achieving the competitive advantage. There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of the structural capital and achieving the competitive advantage.The research reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: Companies should determine their intellectual capital and its components on an annual basis to determine the level of annual growth and achieve competitive advantage. Companies should set precise weights for the contribution of different elements in the formation of their intellectual capital to achieve competitive advantage. Determine its human capital and determine the practical means of its maintenance and development to achieve competitive advantage.
