|Abstract:||The aim of the research is to know the extent of the impact of workers’ participation in decision-making on jop satisfaction, as well as to indicate the extent of the impact of establishing a culture of training on jop satisfaction, and also to highlight the role that motivatingworkers can play in their jop satisfaction, as well as reaching recommendations that will achieve jop satisfaction for workers. Through the effectiveness of administrative empowerment. The problem of the research was that jop satisfaction in some contemporary organizations has become below the required level due to the lack of giving workers the authority to raise the goals of their work and take dscisions without the intervention of the management, and this became clear through the research review of a number of relevant previous studies, which indicates that there is a proplem to look for. The hypotheses of the research were that: there is a correlation with a statistical significance between the participation of workers in the decision-making and jop satisfaction, as well as there is a correlation with a statistical significance between the employee motivation and jop satisfaction, and ther is also a statistically significant correlation between the culture of training and jop satisfaction, and the research followed the approach historical and descriptive analytical method, and case study method. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the hospital has a supportive administration for the participation of workers in decision-making, and the hospital administration is keen to provide freedom for workers to complete their work, and the hospital also provides an opportunity for workers to contribute to setting pgans and goals. The research reached a number of recommendations, most notably: Emphasizing that the hospital has a supportive administration for the participation of workers in decision-making, as well as strengthening the hospital administration’s keenness to provide freedom for workers to carry out their work, and also enhancing the hospital’s provision of an opportunity for workers to contribute to setting plans and goals.|
