|Abstract:||The research dealt with strategic management and its role in the performance of organizations, the research problem in that some of the Sudanese knowledge does not apply strategic management in the modern scientific concept due to the lack of knowledge of those banks of the importance and role of strategic management and negatively affected the achievement of raising the performance of organizations. The importance of the scientific study came to enhance the field of knowledge for the subject of strategic management and to know its role in raising the work performance of the Sudanese La French Bank. Achieving raising the performance of the bank's sustainable organizations. The study aimed at the basic concepts of strategic management and the possibility of reaching results through which some recommendations can be formulated that help the bank’s management and related parties to develop and ensure its continuity in the banking labor market. The study’s hypotheses include the following main hypothesis: There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic management and raising the performance of the Sudanese-French Bank, and this study relies on the deductive and inductive approach and the historical approach. The study reached a number of results, represented in the bank having a clear strategic vision that defines its current and future activity and has basic pillars of organizational performance in a set of necessary organizational, managerial and technological competencies that enable it to achieve the goals of the institution. The bank was also concerned with technological developments related to banking, and the study came out with a number of recommendations, including on the management of the bank when formulating its philosophy, focusing on evaluating and evaluating the beliefs of a culture Society, and management's interest in involving all employees when preparing and formulating the strategy|
