Abstract: The research dealt with the role of Knowledge Management in achieving administrative creativity. The case study of Faisal Islamic Bank highlights the problem of research in the weakness of the proper scientific application of knowledge management, and contributing to solving this problem was the following question: What is the role of Knowledge Management in achieving administrative creativity? The importance of the research was to shed light on the basic concepts of knowledge management to see how their role in the achievement of administrative creativity. The aim of the research is to identify the role of Knowledge Management in achieving administrative creativity, highlight the role of cooperation in achieving managerial creativity, and indicate the impact of education in achieving administrative creativity. The researcher adopted the historical method and the analytical descriptive method. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher tested the following hypotheses: there is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and achieving administrative creativity, there is a statistically significant relationship between learning and achieving administrative creativity and there is a statistically significant relationship between vast experience and achieving administrative creativity. The researcher came up with several findings, the most important of which are: that the application of Knowledge Management in the Bank contributed to the achievement of administrative creativity, knowledge management contributed to the development of new management methods that increase the employee's personal creative skills, the bank encouraged employees to learn continuously through taking their opinion. The researcher therefore recommended that the field should be disclosed by management to generate knowledge and encourage its growth of knowledge, encourage employees to help each other when facing any problem, spread the culture of administrative creativity among the bank employees, motivate employees to accomplish their work in new creative ways to ensure effectiveness
