|Abstract:||This research aims primarily to introduce strategic thinking and know its impact on administrative decision-making and methods of administrative decision-making. It also seeks to achieve the following objectives: Identifying the role of strategic thinking in the performance of the institution. Studying the impact of strategic thinking on administrative decision-making in the organization. Identifying the impact of timely thinking on achievement. Clarify the relationship between strategic thinking and managerial decision-making in the organization. The research problem can be discussed by answering the following questions: What is meant by strategic thinking? What are management decisions? How are management decisions made? The research Methodology: The research used the research. The research followed the descriptive analytical method, the historical method, and the case study method. The importance of this research stems from the fact that it sheds light on the role of strategic thinking in the college’s administrative decision-making in achieving the college’s goals.
