Abstract: This research aims primarily to introduce strategic thinking and know its impact on administrative decision-making and methods of administrative decision-making. It also seeks to achieve the following objectives: Identifying the role of strategic thinking in the performance of the institution. Studying the impact of strategic thinking on administrative decision-making in the organization. Identifying the impact of timely thinking on achievement. Clarify the relationship between strategic thinking and managerial decision-making in the organization. The research problem can be discussed by answering the following questions: What is meant by strategic thinking? What are management decisions? How are management decisions made? The research Methodology: The research used the research. The research followed the descriptive analytical method, the historical method, and the case study method. The importance of this research stems from the fact that it sheds light on the role of strategic thinking in the college’s administrative decision-making in achieving the college’s goals. Administrative decision under different circumstances. Characteristics of Zoe people strategic thinking. The most important recommendations: There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic environmental analysis and administrative decision-making. There is a statistically significant relationship between strategy formulation and administrative decision-making. There is a statistically significant relationship between strategy implementation and administrative decision-making. The most important results: Al-Bayan College of Science and Technology seeks to provide a model for strategic thinking to be followed. Al-Bayan University management depends on knowing the available opportunities. Al-Bayan University participates with its employees in formulating the strategy. The most important recommendations: Senior management should pay attention to the application of standards for administrative decisions. Continuing the process of environmental analysis while making administrative decisions. Work on the participation of employees in formulating and developing plans.
