|Abstract:||The research dealt with the issue of time management and its role in achieving total quality. The problem of the research is the absence of effective time management in higher education institutions, which weakens their capabilities to achieve the quality of outputs and achieve goals. The aim of the research is to highlight the role of time management in achieving total quality in higher education institutions. The research followed the descriptive, analytical and historical approach. The research tested three hypotheses: There is a statistically significant correlation between the functions of time management and the achievement of total quality. There is a statistically significant correlation between the principles of time management and the failure to achieve total quality. There is a statistically significant correlation between training in the field of time management and achieving total quality. The research reached several results, including: full coordination between departments and departments achieves the maximum use of time and thus leads to the achievement of total quality. Districution the tash among employees according to their areas of specializ atons contricuted in acheiring the quality. The research presented a set of recommendations: Paying attention to all functions of goals management - working to allocate more budgets to implement training programs that include all areas of work.|
