Abstract: The current research conducated to identify the general characteristic of self-confidence among pupils with learning difficulties at Joud Center,and identifying differences among pupils according to the variables of gender , age and grade level , and also differences between the pre and post test in self-confidence after and before applying the program on the pupils.The research population consists of pupils with learning difficulties at Joud Center , and sample of (n=10) pupils , (5)boys (5)girls were selected through complete census. The research followed quais-experimental method¸and use the following tools: self-confidence scale (Ali,2008) and the counseling program (designed by the researcher). The statistical package for the social science (SPSS) was used for data analysis , using the following tests: One-sample t-test,paired –samples t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient , Cronbach’salpha , and Cohen’s d. The result revealed the following : Self-confidence among pupils with learning difficulties at Joud Center were high. There were no statistically significant difficulties in the level of self-confidence among pupils with learning difficulties according the variable of age .There were no statistically significant differences in the level of self-confidence among the pupils according the variable of gender. There were no statistically significant difficulties in the level of self-confidence among the pupils according the variable of the grade level .There is statistically significant difference with large effect between the pre and post tests in favor of the post test. The research concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which conducting an experimental study to enhance self-concept among pupils with learning difficulties.
