|Abstract:||The research dealt with the issue of strategic thinking in promoting a culture of quality as a case study (Dhabian Services Company Ltd. 2019-2021 AD) and the problem was represented in the presence of administrators’ weakness to realize the importance of strategic thinking. Strengthening the culture of quality, and the importance of the research that it helps the company in question to enhance its competitive role and maintain its sustainability and to clarify the role of strategic thinking in promoting a culture of quality. Following patterns of strategic thinking can lead to the promotion of a culture of quality, and an indication of the impact of holistic thinking in promoting a culture of quality, and clarifying the importance of applying diagnostic thinking in promoting a culture of quality, and one of the research hypotheses is that there is a statistically significant relationship between holistic thinking and quality culture, and there is a related relationship Statistical significance between abstract thinking and quality culture, and about the research method, the researcher follows the descriptive approach and the method of the case study. The researcher found the most important results: that the heads of departments within the company have the ability to persuade, and that the company in question has a high ability to motivate workers, and among the most important recommendations, attention should be paid to strategic thinking for its role in promoting a culture of quality, as well as the need to improve the work environment and raise the efficiency of workers by training in thinking patterns the strategic|
