Abstract: The study aimed to identify the extent of the effectiveness of the total quality management system in achieving institutional excellence and to determine the correlation between total quality and institutional excellence, and the study problem was represented in the main question: What is the impact of total quality management on institutional excellence ? The importance of the study is to know the extent of commitment to the application and comprehensive quality standards in Sudatel Telecom, which positively affects its competitive position and distinguishes it from other institutions . The study tested a number of hypotheses, namely: There is a statistically significant relationship between the company’s commitment and the achievement of institutional excellence, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the application of total quality and institutional excellence in the company, and there is a statistically significant relationship between decision-making in the company and institutional excellence, and there is a similar relationship Statistical significance between continuous improvement in the company and institutional excellence, The study used the descriptive analytical method and the case study method, and adopted the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. the local market and regional competition, Based on its findings, the recommendations came: Interest in spreading the culture of total quality and its principles in all sectors of the company, being open to international experiences in the field of quality, launching new and unique product and service packages inspired by the company’s new strategy to meet the needs of the local market now and in the future, entering In smart and transparent partnerships with modern sectors and industries that complement or are adjacent to the telecommunications sector.
