Abstract: The research dealt with the issue of administrative control and its impact on organizational development (a case study of Faisal Islamic Bank in the period between 2016-2021). The research problem was represented in the low level of performance in the government apparatus, service and production alike, due to the absence of scientific planning and proper organization in these institutions. The studies also revealed that the existing administrative control is ineffective as it was not able to stop the manifestations of idleness in the civil service. and the importance of the research is that it links the two issues of administrative control and its impact on organizational development, and also provides scholars and researchers with information and ideas that help them to conduct research in the field of administrative control. It adds a reference to the administrative library. One of the most important objectives of the research is to know the impact of the flexibility of administrative control and the involvement of workers on organizational development, and to highlight the role that can be played by following humane standards from the administrative control process on organizational development. One of the hypotheses of the research is the existence of a positive correlation between knowing the extent of the impact of the flexibility of administrative control and the involvement of workers on organizational development, and highlighting the role that humane standards can play in the process of administrative control on organizational development. The researcher reached the most important results: the existence of a positive correlation between the flexibility of control and the involvement of workers, and the adoption of humane standards in the process of administrative control and organizational development. The researcher recommended recommendations, most notably: enhancing trust between management and workers, achieving job satisfaction for workers through administrative control, paying attention to sound scientific planning in the field of administrative control, and activating the role of the administrative control department to develop the administrative organization.
