Abstract: This research about the study and analysis of the implementation of the foreign arbitral award in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Law of (2016). A Comparative study to demonstrate the importance of implementing the foreign arbitral award in the stability and stability of commercial transactions in Sudan. The importance of this research stems from the modernity of the new Sudanese arbitration law of (2016) which has not been sufficiently studied, as previous studies have dealt with the issue of implementation under previous laws. The aim of the research was to clarify whether the Sudanese Arbitration Law was in line with the developments in the field of international commercial arbitration, and that the implementation of the foreign arbitral award had received attention under this law and compared it with the various national legislation and international conventions and rules of international arbitration institutions. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the comparative analytical method between the Sudanese law and the various national legislations and what is stated in the international agreements.
