Abstract: This is study (Administrative information systems) and it’s affective on employee’s performance by applying the case studies for Saudi Sudanese bank, The problem was appears on Administrative information systems on some Sudanese cooperative now, was not wanted level , that action was negative affective on employee’s , and it expresses on problem from through of basic question , what is an affective of Administrative information systems on employee’s performance ? the importance of the study has emerged in the impact that management information systems have on the development of the performance of organization in its various department , as well as the important of the information in making manage ment decision . and knowledge of the obstacles facing management information systems and knowledge of the shortcomings in them . attention was devoted to avoiding these obstacles and addressing the shortcomings . That study was goals to know the range of an affective devices and tools of Administrative information systems on employee’s performance for Saudi bank. Also complains range of affective networks of Administrative information systems on employee’s performance on Saudi bank. In addition to that this study was follow supposes: There was statistically relation between networks and employee’s performance For Saudi bank. Research was using approach of historical method and analysis description, and the case study. The most important results are: study inverted, bank was using last update of technologies on devices maintenance. Also this study was complained, the bank was doing update devices and tools in continently. Also this study, a bank was completing their dealing by standing electronics program that harmony with the system. Also this study, to an employee’s performance on bank was developed after using of computer. One of recommendations of this study: an important using of Administrative information systems affectively on banks for helping on decisions Accurately and complaining, and training employees for using Administrative information systems That to help on improving performance level and restructured sections and units of banks, and it has ability for an optimal using of information systems that their founding it. and working for increase performance systems and components’ of information systems ( devices , software , communications , data base , persons , procedures ) and their constructed by appropriate of technologies updating and employees advancing by an important of information systems and important on operation of making competitive advantage for bank.
