This study of strategic management and its impact on the effectiveness of performance state SHIEKAN Insurance and Reinsurance Co., the study in the period between 2011 – 2016.
This study were concentrated problem in the possibility of the application and practice of strategic management in SHIEKAN Insurance and its impact on the effectiveness of the performance, the study aims to identify the extent of the application and practice of strategic management and performance of the company and the impact of that application on the efficiency and effectiveness of performance, testing the study hypotheses, including: care senior management of the company to achieve efficiency and effectiveness through the application of strategic management, teamwork and participation of workers in the development of strategic plans, there is a statistically significant connection between this study and the company's management concepts of strategic management and analysis of internal and external environment, the study used descriptive and analytical method, so the study found many most important results validate most of the assumptions and the company's familiarity with the knowledge of the methods and concepts of strategic management as well as the study showed mediate the practice and application of strategic management in SHIEKAN insurance. The study also concluded that there is interest in training by the company's management, although there are some deficiencies in the training in the field of strategic management , as well as the lack of adequate participation of all employees in the development of strategic plans, and perhaps those things that the company's management must be taken into account, in addition to the presence of a functional rotation somewhat by answers staff in the questionnaire, and perhaps the most important negative points that the company's management must be addressed the study also recommended that attention to scientific research and the use of experts, technicians and increase training opportunities for workers, particularly in the field of strategic management and the formation of research centers concerned to resolve all the problems facing the company, well as attention to the process of monitoring and evaluating the performance and identify deviations and processed before it is too late. |
