dc.description.abstract The research dealt with human relations and its impact on the performance of the employees in the institution by applying to the Islamic North Bank branch of the University of Africa to be the subject of this research. The problem of research was what is the importance of human relations for workers? How do human relations contribute to the development of workers' performance? As well as, how, to benefit from human relations, in gaining the satisfaction of workers, to increase production? The purpose of this research is to clarify the basis of the relationship, which contributes for improving the performance of employees, and to know the impact of human relations for the staff of the Islamic North Bank, and to study the factors that make a good relationship between them, as well as to identify the problems facing employees, Human relations, which helps to improve the performance of the employees. The researcher tested several hypotheses, the most important of which is the establishment of a culture of cooperation that leads to the blowing of creative energies among the employees of the bank, the consolidation of the culture of participation, leading to job stability, there is existence of a positive correlation relation between statistical factors and human level of productivity. Methodology: Descriptive analytical method. Results: Attention to good human relations leads for lifting of morale, and then to good performance, good human relations have a positive impact on the performance of employees, the director has a clear role in the success of human relations between workers. Recommendations: Attention should be paid to the employees' creativity, the participation in decision making , the equity in dealing with the employees, pay concerns for the employees and pursuing their desires. The relationship between the bank director and the employees must be respected and appreciated. en_US
