Abstract:
Find an attempt by the researcher to answer a question arises when
there is a need to compensate for the mother's milk for children, goats milk or
cow's milk, whichever is nearer to him in terms of inorganic constituents
The researcher chose the four elements necessary for the construction and
growth. They calcium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. Three samples
collected from goat's milk and three samples of cow's milk. Selected animals
that feed on natural pasture so there is no overlap in the milk components of
food.
Sample collection area is the elgazeera state . elmahas village.
These samples transported carefully in terms of cleanliness and Pots and ways
to save. Samples were prepared by a factor of Agricultural Sciences Faculty of
the University of Khartoum and burned at 550 degrees Celsius temperature in
a process called incineration process to get rid of all the organic ingredients in
the milk and then dissolved with a solution of nitric acid, a known
concentration. Then the nomination process to get rid of dissolved substances.
After processing the samples read by Atomic Absorption (AAS). In oil plants
in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
The concentration of calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus in goat
milk is 37, and 612and 1864 and 180 ppm, respectively.
The same elements concentration in cow's milk and is 31 in 1264 and
564 and 340 ppm.
The concentration of the same elements in the natural mother milk of
the World Health Organization specifications milk is 46, and 612 and 1873
and 189 ppm. Therefore, goat milk is closer to natural mother's milk, referring
to the subject of the study inorganic components
