Abstract:
This study dealt with retaining people with talent, and the impact of this on
the effectiveness of the organizations performance (In the period 2009-2014) the
study problem lied in the fact that many companies suffer from a deficit in
maintaining top talent owners in the company, therefore, how to understand the
nature of the relationship between the retaining outstanding talent and the
improvement of the enterprise performance. This study is important because it
dealt with an important issue in the insurance companies. The study aimed to
identify the role of human resources management in the preparation and retention
of people with outstanding talent. the study adopted the descriptive analytical
methodology .the study reached to a number of findings, the most important; to
attract top talents is a strategic choice for the company and is a priority of the
company’s goals, the company relies on external sources to attract the best talents
and human resources in the labor market, training course have helped to build
confidence of the staff and to improve the morale of the team and to better resolve
work problems. The study hade a number of recommendations including ;the fair
distribution of tasks between the talented employees, and to put the right staff in
the right place, taking into account the employee’s desire and inclinations at work,
in addition to provide support, appreciation and confidence for employees to
enable them to perform their work to the fullest, the need to focus on attracting
new talents by relaying on external sources ,in terms of their qualifications and
their potential and experience in the field of the required work, which would
improve the quality of gifted employees, and the thus improve the competitive
advantage of the company, reviewing all programs and strategies of selection and
appointment ,at the end of each year because the competition in discovery of
talented staff, evolves every new year .
