Abstract:
This study aims to identify the impact of school environment and it’s relation on the dropping out phenomenon of eight class female student. 77 teachers in Kordofan state- Omroaba locality were chosen to represent the sample of the study.
The study applied the descriptive analytic method to realize the aims of the study and to prove it’s hypothesis .
The study used questionnaire to collect data to represent teachers’ views . the study includes five chapters. The first chapter presented the problem of the research, the aims, questions, hypothesis and methodology. The second chapter specialized to discuss the theoretical background of the study and the previous studies. The third chapter presented the methodology of the research and procedures. The forth chapter included the result of the data and discuss .
And analyzed the results that indicated very interesting findings.
The study presents a huge number of data that explain the following:
1. The dropping out is a serious social phenomenon that demands a great deal of attention in order to integrate solutions.
2. Teacher should avoid using corporal punishment so as to participate in reducing such phenomenon .
3. Taking care of the school environment and raising awareness of the community through strengthening the relationship between school and parents, councils.
4. The study presented some recommendation to the specialists, and to planners and teachers suggestions for further studies.
