dc.description.abstract This research aimed at knowing to what extend is the use of a "pictured story" makes an effect in developing the speaking skill for a child at a pre – school stage from the female teachers view. The researcher used the descriptive approach and chose the questionnaire as a tool to answer the research questions. Also I used the SPSS and Licart scale to analyze the data. The sample of the research Composed of (27) female teachers, teachers of pre -school stage. The Population is (180) female teachers . The more important findings are: 1- The female teachers used the "pictured story" to teach experiences curriculum at the pre – school stage. 2- For the "pictured story", an important role in developing the Speaking skill for the child of a pre – school stage. 3- For the "pictured story", it has a big role in increasing the Linguistic achievement for the child at the pre-school stage. 4- Using the attractive methods, differing the presentation of the " pictured story", increases the child motivation and develops the speaking skill. 5- The administration of pre-school stage and organizations didn't prepare stories connected with experiences, but to a limit prepare the equipment which help the female teachers to present the " pictured story". The researcher added recommendations and suggestions that can enrich the applied sides to use the story in an active way ,to develop the skills of language for the child of pre-school stage. According to the previous results the research recommended the following: It's very important to prepare the "pictured story" by Education Administration to achieve the experiences curriculum . Also it's very important to use the "pictured story" to join all the experiences curriculum as it's a loveable method, and most effective. Also it's important to qualify and train the female teachers in using the pictured story effectively , beside other recommendations en_US
