Abstract

Allah be praised, Lord off all creation and many, his peace and blessings be upon prophet Mohammed Alameen. This research aim to undertake a new analytical approach at understanding it in the frame work of modern teaching by the comparative method. The first chapter of this research in the first section, look at theoretical framework, and the last studies in the second chapter. The second section look at the research subject, the constitution constituents in the legality state " comparative study in the Islamic educate and the Sudan transition constition in 2005 years. The first section of this chapter look at the legality state (Definition, Important, and Elements). The second section in the legal constitution constituents (the principle and elements of the legality state). The last section look at the Sudanese constriction transition experiment in the 2005 year. My research concludes by honing in on and uncovering the primary points of discussion related to the subject in the concluding section I close out with a few thoughts and recommendation on the necessary steps that must be taken in order to reinstate in the constitution constituents the legality state.
