Abstract:
The Human Relations in the School Administration and its Role in the Development of the Educational Process. (A Case Study of the Organization of Islamic Schools in Côte d'Ivoire)
This research is aimed for studying the human relations in the school administration and its role in the development of the educational process in the Organization of Islamic Schools in Koumassi, (Côte d'Ivoire), and searched for the methods and ways contribute to the activation of human relations in education, to bring solutions to the problems which hinder the development of the educational process and human relations.
The researcher used the analytical and descriptive approaches.
The main important results of the research are:
Human relations play a major role in the educational process. There are problems related to human relations and have impact on the educational process in the schools. Social interaction between administrators and employees of the Organization of Islamic Schools has a role in the development of human relations. Understanding the nature and abilities of the teachers helps to create human relations. There are no statistic differences attributed to the experiences except understanding the nature. There are differences among the views of teachers attributed to the scientific qualifications except the social interaction.
Recommendations
The researcher recommended the Organization of Islamic Schools to collaborate with the National Ministry of Education as well as raise the level of educational awareness among
the parents to have a clear idea about the schools.
