Researcher deals with the subject of his research through four consecutive chapter, furthermore introductory chapter, in which it also shows researcher theoretical framework for this study (research plan).
In the first chapter the researcher deals with revolutions in terms of concept and definition and the reasons that lead to the eruption and its legitimacy, conditions and success factors. And distinguish them from other similar terms, all this from a legal perspective and Islamic jurisprudence.
And within the framework of the second quarter limping researcher detailes the impact of popular revolts regimes (law and jurisprudence), and this represents the first part of the subject.
The second part( the third chapter), deals with the impact of popular revolts on constitutional legislation in Islamic law and jurisprudence.
The fourth chapter (the last one) the researcher shows the position of the international community about the popular revolts, with highlight models revolutions and tribulations that the dates of the Islamic and contemporary.
Finally the researcher clarify the conclusion Find findings and recommendations which it deems necessary to eliminate the causes of revolutions and how to deal with them when doing so landed to the ground. |
