dc.description.abstract This research aims to study the laws organizing voluntary action in Sudan and the extent to which they are effective in guiding and upgrading voluntary work as well as studding the other factors. The research problem is that the policies adopted by the state are old their tools are not up to date . The research importance stems from the fact that state's public and private policies towards voluntary organizations constitute a pillar for promoting voluntary action, which represents the state's strong arm in bringing about sustainable development and resolving problems facing the state in this regard the research objectives are to present and analyze the policies and laws set down for voluntary action in sudan ,as well as highlighting the aspects that can be amended and evaluated to resolve the problems of voluntary work . The study hypotheses were selected using the descriptive – analytical approach and the questionnaire data analysis via the (spss) program to respond to the hypotheses that are based on that the promotion of voluntary action can be achieved through adoption of positive administrative policies, flexible financial regulations and existence of smooth human relations between all parties involved in voluntary action and modern technologies. The researcher adopted the descriptive – analytical approach and the case study and concluded with to findings, the most important of which one is the need unify governments laws and legislation towards voluntary work , and all hypotheses are true . The study's most important recommendations are : An after – service law needs to be put in place ; Revocation of laws hindering work reducing the many office procedures that are not in line with the spirit and nature of humanitarian and voluntary action; Activating the media aspect and highlighting the performance of national and foreign organization; In order to localize voluntary action, the role of foreign voluntary organizations should not be excluded from the college, with the possibility of having strict laws in place to organize partnership between them and the Sudanese organizations and evaluate their work as well as assessing and highlighting their positive role . en_US
