Abstract:
ABSTRACT
This study tackle the role of training in sugar man-factoring at aljeneid sugar factory.
The significance of the study is realized in that training of staff has influential role in the development of performance as that of production and services of the national economy as well as competitiveness towards successfulness and distinctions in administrative behavioral and positive technical attitudes .
Study hypotheses are set as follows:
Positive relationship between the continual practical training and sugar production as well as the increase in productivity.
The researcher adopted the historical methodology in order to trackback the previous studies and descriptive method in terms of the questionnaire employed as well as the analytical methodology for testing of the study hypotheses.
The research is made up of six chapters The study include- six chapters the first chapter contain the basics of the study and second chapter includes the concept of training and importance, types, and objectives the third chapter includes the needs of training and assessment performance , concept and methodology of training needs , helps training needs, and assessment performance ,
Fourth chapter The includes sugar manufacturing, Sudan, Arab countries, and international sugar manufactory countries the fifth chapter contains analysis questionnaire statistically and test the hypotheses, the last chapter contain and enlists results and recommendations, and calculation.
The study comes up with a number of results of which the most important ones are training assist high performance efficiency of the staff, promotion as well as help problem solving attitudes in services.
Recommendations were developed as follows.
The necessity for training to carry a message clear conception and understanding among all members of the staff.
Raise positive awareness of training as the positive tool for performance promotion .
Raise the positive attitudes towards teamwork social responsibility that positively impact staff performance as well as rehabilitate the staff for future developments equip them with the required information and follow up very closely.
