This research aims to:
Study the problem of poverty in north Sudan and to Identify the efforts to study poverty in the state .
And to pin point the effect of planning to combat poverty to research with the extended efforts to their trial objectives Findlay evaluate of planning expenses in combating poverty in Northern state .
The most important summands for this research in represented in that efforts to combat poverty in useless unless made in clear planning frame work. Also lack of planning to combat poverty affect negatively on the exceeded efforts in this frame work.
Finally the weakness of development efforts in northern state contribute in widening the problem of poverty.
The research ended with mary results al out planning to solve the problem of poverty in the state first the widening of poverty circle in the northern state . second the variety of poverty phenomenon as the shortage of education , head the water and electrify. All efforts to combat poverty are secrete and depend on limited budget .The official efforts to combat poverty are weak. Lack of central planning to combat poverty . The budget directed to social care which support people of the state with social & development projects that decrease poverty .The little opportunities of work & unemployment recommendations.
The research raise many substrates first the importune of specifying regular budget to support development projects by the country for the northern state . Second establishing vocational training centers in the state. Third increase the agricultural awareness . Forth increase the employment opportunities for the people of the state . Fifth increase the social services for public health & education and care abort nutrient and get of illiteracy .
