The study targeted the security management and safety and their role in warding off the dangers of working as an examination applied to workers manufacturer and WaFrapharma drug study aimed to identify the tasks and duties performed by the Department of Security and Safety in the factory and WaFrapharma and its role in the risk of work and also aimed to examine the administrative and organizational structure in order to identify the administrative level of the Department of of the security and safety and to make proposals in this regard. The problem of the study was to examine the phenomenon of occupational injuries and risks faced by workers and examine the role of security management and safety in this area. Developed the study hypothesis that proper application of safety and security standards lead to ward off the dangers of working and that training and educating the workers can reduce the risks of doing business. The study followed the analytical descriptive (case study) and the use of observation and interview as tools to study and then apply to study in the time period in the year 2009 to 2011 in a factory and WaFrapharma drug study aimed at workers of the factory. Study is divided into chapters Chapter I deals with security and safety management through the concept of security and safety and the basic pillars of security, safety and incident management, while Chapter II deals with the study of risk working environment, which is the risk of mechanical or engineering, the risks of physical, chemical hazards, biological hazards, psychosocial risks and social and risks of occupational diseases.
