Abstract
This study examines impacts of non-discipline problem on organizations performance a case study of Direct Aid society (African Muslims society. The study comprises sixteen sections embedded in four chapter. The first chapter examines non- discipline problem in term of concept, causes, types in addition to administrative problems. Chapter two sheds lights on concepts, importance and goals of the governmental and non-governmental organizations whereas chapter three defines concept, types, environment and strategies of business sector organizations besides the business and public sector organizations. The final chapter is left for research procedures exemplified in : filed work procedures, sample and community description, methodology, tools, references, hypotheses, questionnaire analysis and results and general findings.
They study concluded to the following findings:
1- administrative problems that face the organization are defects coordination, monetary rates and independent resources.
2- The organization lacks a number of effective scientific methods such as: workers participation in decision making, conducive working environment, sense of cooperation and self shortage of services and work safety.
3- The organization has a recruitment system, but lacks career rack system.
4- A absence of career track system, training programs, allowance are considered the reasons behind non-discipline in the organization.
As for recommendations the following are proposed:
1- pushing forward human relations between administrative entities and among workers as well as organization's external relations.
2- Improving work environment through training and provision of developmental ingredients such as : monetary and logistical funding, scientific and technical aids
3- Workers should acquaint to progressive training programs in addition to bases and rules of modern administration. |
