The study tackled the role of communication technology in enhancing competitiveness. A case study was conducted by Zain and Sudani Telecom Company from 2010 to 2018. The second half of the twentieth century witnessed the revolution of communication through the integration of the phenomenon of information explosion and the development of means of communication and its various methods.
The research collects more benefits, from telecommunication devices and data base.
The important point is the technological role that effect positively in competition Ability Company.
The research depend on database , network, internet application , all this factor satisfy good communication position to the company.
The research followed the descriptive, analytical and historical approach to tracking technical development and analysis and linking it to enhancing the competitiveness of companies and businesses.
Information collection tools were created from primary sources (personal interviews), secondary sources of books, specialized journals, seminars, reports and documents issued by official bodies and the Internet.
The researcher was acquainted with many previous studies in fields similar to the subject of research, such as the study of Faleh Abdelkader Al-Houri entitled "Strategies of Information Technology and its Role in Enhancing Competitive Advantage" and Mahmud Saleh Ismail's study entitled Modern Technologies and the Role of National Information Networks.
The studies dealt with the treatment of negatives and shortcomings and the achievement of positive results contribute to the achievement of the objective of research and identify the role of administrative communication technology in enhancing the competitiveness of telecommunications companies and study the differences and differences between studies and research.
The most important findings of the research are the results that the databases contributed to the accuracy of administrative decision making, and the speed of retrieval of information on demand, which reflected positively on the company's competitive ability. The research structure consists of five semesters, the first chapter the previous studies, the second chapter dealt with the administrative communication technology, the third the competitiveness, the fourth chapter dealt with the field study of Zain and Sudani, and the fifth chapter dealt with field study procedures and statistical analysis. |
