Abstract
This research aims to identify the relationship between Organizational loyalty and Educational Creativity among Kindergarten Teachers in Elgadaref state. The research also tests the differences in the relationship between Organizational loyalty and Educational Creativity to achieve these objectives the researcher applied the correlation descriptive method in carrying out this research. The research sample consists of (150) from Kindergarten Teachers in Elgadaref state they were selected randomly through stratified random sample. The tools of data collection consist of the organizational loyalty educational creativity scale. The data manipulated by the Computer Applying the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
The most important results are as follows: The degree of organizational loyalty among kindergarten teachers in Elgadaref state is high. There are no significant statistical differences in the level of the degree of organizational loyalty among Kindergarten Teachers in Elgadaref state According to the variable of residence (Urban / Rural). There are no significant statistical differences in the level of the degree of organizational loyalty among Kindergarten Teachers in Elgadaref state According to the years of experience. There are no significant statistical differences in the level of in the degree of organizational loyalty among Kindergarten Teachers in Elgadaref state According e to the variable of social status.
There are no significant statistical relationship in the level of between organizational loyalty and educational creativity loyalty among Kindergarten Teachers. Finally, recommendations such as: encourage Kindergarten Teachers to increase the level of organizational loyalty and educational creativity through Training courses, Rewards and Job Satisfaction.
The researcher Suggest studying an effective counseling program to increase the level of organizational loyalty and creative abilities among Kindergarten Teachers in Elgadaref or other state of Sudan, also references were cited at the end of the research.
