dc.description.abstract This study examined the role of voluntary organizations in breast cancer awareness in Khartoum State between 2013 and 2018. Case study on Sadagat charity organization The problem of the study was that breast cancer is one of the most life-threatening diseases in the world, in Sudan and most cases Late pray as a result of the lack of awareness and early discovery the study aims to learn about the role played by NGOs in breast cancer awareness and early detection, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method to describe the phenomenon of the study, and used the corresponding tool to collect data. The main findings of the study were as follows: 1. Voluntary organizations play a major role in breast cancer education. 2. Awareness and early detection of breast cancer are the best way to fight breast cancer. 3. Early detection of the disease facilitates a large proportion of treatment. In the light of the findings, the researcher made a series of recommendations, the most important of which are: • The need to establish a comprehensive national programmed to combat cancer diseases. • Provision of specialized center's for the early detection and treatment of breast cancer in all States of the Sudan. • The attention of the official authorities in providing material support to the en_US
