Abstract:
This study examines the field of change management and its its contribution to the overall goals of the organization ( case study Sudanese Savings and Social Development Bank ) .
The research main problem is what is meant by change and what are its causes and what are the areas of change in organizations
The study hypotheses , that , desire of employees's determined bank affect the events of the process of change in addition to the strong support by senior management of savings Bank helps the process of change.
The researcher follows the descriptive analytical method in addition to the historical method and case study approach by selecting a random sample size (60) members of a savings bank workers which represents senior management and intermediate staff.
The questionnaire result was analyzed by the ( Excel ) program , the hypotheses were proofed by using the descriptive statistics and test the validity and reliability using a program (SPSS).
The study consists of the preface in addition to three chapters , the first chapter deals with change management framework theoretical and conceptual through three sections , and the second chapter deals with resistance to change and the role of management in overcoming them also through three sections, and the third chapter field study application on the Sudanese Savings and Social Development Bank also through two sections in addition to the Conclusion containing findings and recommendations.
The study found a number of results, including, for example :-
The real desire of the bank`s employees affected events of the process of change .
The Strong support by senior management of Savings Bank has helped the process of change.
The study also found a number of recommendations including :-
Necessity of training workers until absorbing the need for the process of change. .
Need for analysis of periodic reports in order to help measure the effectiveness of the process of change .
