دور العلاقات العامة في تحسين الصورة الذهنية عن الشرطة في السودان

Abstract

The research subject is the role of Public Relations Department of Sudan Police to reflect the better image of the Sudan Police. This study was conducted on the Administration of the Passports Immigration and Nationality department , period from March 2009 to March 2011. the research goals was to look in the work of the Public Relations Department and point out the parts where it is not properly functioning on it and work on correcting it, focus on the public work sophisticated way to serve them at comfort, to reflect it’s role, to shed light on the Administration of the Passports Immigration and Nationality department it’s advancement to face the global changes that effect directly on keeping security and maintain peace. Descriptive analytical historical method was used to produce integration, the body of research composed of the general public out side the Police Administration and they are the applicants to the service giving by the Department of Passport Immigration and Nationality ( The Civil Registry) , and the worker themselves, the study composed of (200) individual males , females, the study concluded to : - Police Public Relations Department is not playing it’s full part to better the image of the public of Sudan Police. - The message send about the police is not very convincing to the public. - The police could not fight the unlawful immigration from boarder countries.
